The Harvest Vault was created for people who want certainty in the olive oil they bring into their home. Its purpose is simple: to ensure that exceptional extra virgin olive oil is always in your home, without searching, without uncertainty, and without compromises in quality.
The olive oil of the Harvest Vault comes from selected harvests in Messinia, is verified through chemical and organoleptic analysis, and is carefully stored for delivery throughout your year.

HOW IT WORKS
You secure your harvest in four simple steps:

You choose the Harvest Vault that fits your household, thereby reserving your harvest (deposit).

You receive the Vault Kit.

You lock in your Harvest Vault shortly before the first delivery (final payment).

You receive four deliveries throughout the year.

Deliveries are made in 1L and 3L metal containers,
designed for everyday use and proper storage.
HARVEST VAULT CHOICES
PAYMENT METHODS
Joining the Harvest Vault takes place in two stages,
ensuring both your harvest allocation and the proper preparation of deliveries.
1. Olive Oil Reservation = Deposit
With the deposit, the selected quantity of exceptional extra virgin olive oil is reserved for you.Your place in the Harvest Vault is secured, and preparation of your harvest begins.You receive the Vault Kit, including the 500ml glass bottle, the First Harvest.
2. Vault Lock-In = Final Payment
Before the first delivery, you complete the final payment.
Once payment is completed, your deliveries for the year are activated. Payment is made securely online through our website.
DELIVERY METHODS
Deliveries are carried out using the
following options:
1. Collection from a nearby BoxNow Locker

The recipient selects the locker that best suits them.

BoxNow locker is included in the price.

Pickup is completed without waiting and without an appointment.

Lockers are available 24/7.
2. Home Delivery (Only for Athens Region)

The delivery charge is displayed at the checkout.

Up to two delivery attempts are included.

If the parcel is not received, the cost of reshipment is added to the next delivery.
The Harvest Vault operates in cycles with a limited number of available places.
It is designed to be simple, predictable, and free of surprises,
exactly as a household’s relationship with olive oil should be.
If the final payment is not completed within the specified timeframe,
the reserved place is released in accordance with the participation terms.
A one-time full payment option is also available.
All prices include 13% VAT.
