Shipping & Returns

A) Shipments for the Harvest Vault

Scheduled Deliveries (Harvest Drops)

The Harvest Vault includes 4 scheduled deliveries per year:

  • March

  • June

  • September

  • November

A few days before each delivery, we send an email with:

  • the drop reminder,

  • the contents,

  • and practical pickup details.

Delivery to BoxNow Locker (included)

Pickup from a BoxNow locker is the primary delivery method and is included in the price of the Harvest Vault.

  • The customer selects a locker during purchase (to establish a "default" pickup point).

  • In case of a change or unavailability, we provide update instructions for an alternative choice.

Home Delivery (Athens only)

For Athens, optional home delivery is offered at an extra charge of €10 per delivery. This option is available only for Athens and is clearly displayed before the completion of the purchase or before each delivery where confirmation is required.

Non-collection / Delivery Failure

  • BoxNow: If the package is not collected within the time limit set by the provider, it is returned to us. Re-shipping or return costs may be transferred to the next delivery, according to the Harvest Vault Terms.

  • Home Delivery (Athens): Up to 2 delivery attempts are made. If the delivery is not completed, it is returned to us, and the return/re-shipping cost may be transferred to the next delivery, according to the Terms.

B) Shipments for individual purchases (outside the Harvest Vault)

For orders outside the Harvest Vault:

  • Available shipping methods and costs are displayed at checkout.

  • The cost depends on the region, weight/volume, and available delivery options.

  • Estimated delivery time is displayed where available or confirmed via email after the order.

C) Returns & Right of Withdrawal (General)

The consumer has a right of withdrawal within 14 days for distance purchases, in accordance with the applicable framework.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases such as:

  • products that deteriorate or expire quickly,

  • sealed products that are not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons if they are unsealed after delivery.

Due to the nature of olive oil as a perishable product:

  • Returns are accepted only if the packaging (bottle/container) is intact, sealed, and the security tape has not been tampered with.

  • Products that have been opened or whose packaging has been damaged are not returned for reasons of food hygiene and safety.

Return Procedure For a return request:

  • Contact us via the Contact page within the prescribed time limit.

  • We will provide you with return instructions.

  • After inspection, we will proceed with a refund or other solution, depending on the case and applicable terms.

D) Cancellations & returns specifically for the Harvest Vault

The Harvest Vault operates under special terms (due to quantity commitment and scheduled deliveries). For cancellations, settlements, credits, and non-payment management, the Harvest Vault Terms of Use apply (separate page).

E) Defective / Wrong shipment

If you receive a product with a problem or a wrong shipment, contact us immediately by sending:

  • order number,

  • photos of the packaging/product,

  • a brief description.

We will propose the fastest solution (replacement/credit/return), as appropriate.
